System Restore with Restore CD is performed with the customer provided original computer manufacturer restore disks. This process will result in complete loss of customer data.
System Reformat/Reload Operating System is performed with the customer provided original Microsoft Windows installation disks and original Windows license key. This process will result in complete loss of customer data.
In either case, the customer is responsible for providing all Application disks that need to be reloaded. The customers understand that if any of the current software applications loaded on the system have been upgraded via the web or other means prior to the System Restore or Reformat, the applications will revert back to the previous version. The customer data backups may not function properly.
Data Backup and Restore is performed when data is accessible on original hard drive. The customer will identify with us the data that needs to be backed up and restored. Best effort will be made to backup and restore the customer's data at an hourly rate. The customer's data will be backed up to an external hard drive and copied to a folder on the customer's desktop after the System Restore or Reformat is completed.
Hard Drive Data Recovery (File Based Software Recovery Process) is performed when data in inaccessable on original hard drive. The customer will identify with us the data that needs to be recovered. Best effort will be made to recovery customer's data with a file recovery program.
